We are looking for a person‑focused, detail‑driven individual who wants to make a real impact. As an HR Coordinator you will support the Strategic Alliance People Team in delivering HR initiatives across a growing part of the business, acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and ensuring data accuracy and compliance while championing Workday.
You will provide day‑to‑day HR assistance to managers and employees, manage monthly reporting, and work with HR Business Partners to coordinate projects such as engagement surveys, talent and performance discussions and organisational design reviews. Your work will help shape a high‑performing, people‑focused culture by analysing data, spotting trends and driving continuous improvement.
The successful candidate should have a basic understanding of employment law, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Experience in HR administration, data reporting, and a high level of confidentiality are essential, while enthusiasm, proactivity and attention to detail are valued; experience with Workday is desirable.
The role is based in Peterborough with a hybrid working model. It is a permanent full‑time position (37 hours per week) and flexible working arrangements can be discussed during the interview.
