Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Development, the Associate will play a key role in supporting the corporate development team in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives that align with the company’s overall objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive business development eﬀorts, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic projects.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, summarising ﬁndings and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess legal, ﬁnancial, and operational aspects of potential transactions.
Support due diligence eﬀorts for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Assist the Senior Associates and the Manager, Corporate Development in in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables with various teams to ensure smooth execution.
Analyse and interpret ﬁnancial statements to assess the ﬁnancial health of target companies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of corporate development activities.
Analyse industry landscapes and competitor proﬁles to inform strategic decision-making.
Participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations as required.
Assist in the development of ﬁnancial models to evaluate the ﬁnancial feasibility and potential returns of strategic initiatives.
Assist in project management activities related to corporate development initiatives.
Communicate eﬀectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
