The position is a full‑time Commercial Project Manager located at Tribble’s main office in Glen Allen, VA. Candidates should have a trade‑school education and be willing to serve as a road‑warrior in the skilled‑labor trades category.
Tribble is seeking an experienced commercial project manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical projects worth $5–20 million annually, guide departmental goals, and shape continued growth. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and stakeholder communication within the Commercial Construction department.
Applicants must hold a valid Virginia driver’s license with a clean record, be at least 21 years old, and meet physical demands such as crawling, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lb, and standing for extended periods.
- Qualified Journeyman or Master Electrician with 3+ years of commercial project management experience.
- Proficient at reading blueprints and construction documents.
- Familiar with change order processes and project revisions.
- Experienced in coordinating vendors and subcontractors.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Capable of handling multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, BuildOps) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Valid Virginia driver’s license with a positive driving record.
- Minimum age of 21 years (unless approved) and no DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions in the past five years.
- Physical ability to crawl, kneel, squat, climb, lift up to 50 lb unassisted, and stand or walk for extended periods.
