- Create demonstratives and graphics for expert reports and presentations
- Team lead in the evaluation and preparation and analysis of claims pertinent to candidate’s specific qualifications such as project management, engineering/construction, quantification of costs, evaluation of progress, evaluation of time extension and issues including schedule delay analysis, acceleration, disruption, productivity, work scope changes, drawings and specifications, and site conditions
- Prepare expert reports of findings and responsive reports as needed
- Perform, review and rebut schedule and cost analyses from other experts
- Conduct in-depth research and fact assessment, and perform evaluation of project data and documentation such as communications, change orders, schedules, pay apps, labor data, cost reports, etc.
- Coaching/mentoring less experienced consultants
- Interface with clients and project stakeholders
- Provide client with information pertinent to the management and control of the engagement including development of project strategy, work plans and budgets
- Provide expert testimony or demonstrate a strong desire to be qualified as an “expert” to provide testimony

- Expertise with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, large data management, and graphic communication tools
- US based and valid work permit if applicable

- Work effectively on multiple projects with competing priorities
- 10+ years of construction dispute resolution or related experience
- B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management/Construction Science
