- 2-5 years of experience in MEP layout, surveying, or related construction roles.
- Working knowledge of MEP systems and construction methods.
- Experience with survey/layout tools (e.g., total stations, Trimble, laser alignment).
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associate degree in construction technology, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with field and office teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
