Produce and maintain solicitation schedules via calendar invites and amendment updates.
Receive subcontractor/vendor bids- upload record in RedTeam and save to Proposal folders.
Set up new jobs in RedTeam and Proposal Folders upon direction from PreConstruction Lead.
Assist in setting up pre-bid site visits and security paperwork.
Updating RedTeam information during solicitation through award.
Ensures all subcontractors are RedTeam Team Player complainant.
Attending pre-construction job site meetings.
Issue RFQs to subcontractors to bid and follow up to ensure/track subcontractors’ intent to bid, enter in RedTeam and maintain accurate sub bidders list.
Maintaining bid lists in Red Team, keeping all addenda and dates accurate.
Maintain organized files of proposal folders.

1-2 years of relevant experience in communication, construction and/or a sales environment.
Candidates must have a valid U.S. Driver License and a clean driving record. All final candidates will be subject to a Drug Screen, Motor Vehicle Report, and a Criminal Background Check prior to hiring.
Ability to develop and train subcontractors on RedTeam Team Player.
Strong administrative background.
Good presentation and communication skills dealing with clients, vendors and teammates.
Must also be a team player and take a pro-active approach to daily tasks.
Must be a good communicator both written and verbal.
Must have demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills, ability to interface effectively with the owner and/or client.
Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, Experience with RedTeam and/or ProCore a plus.
Prior federal experience is a plus.
Must have great attention to detail, team player and possess solid communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
Must be versatile, highly organized and be able to multi-task as well as be a self-starter.
High school diploma is required. Previous work experience in construction is a plus.
