Bilingual Spanish Home Comfort Advisor

Description

Home Comfort Advisors generate new customer leads, build positive relationships, and recommend and sell heating, ventilation, or air‑conditioning products to both leads and existing customers. They also support HVAC specialists by contacting customers, providing quotes, writing proposals and contracts, and designing HVAC systems for homes and businesses.

• Handle all sales leads promptly and professionally; report disposition to the Director of Sales.
• Accurately design and quote solutions for residential customers.
• Execute proper follow‑up procedures with every customer.
• Ensure customer expectations are met throughout the project for full satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain sales that meet or exceed profit margin and closing‑ratio goals set by the Director of Sales.
• Recommend options to customers to resolve their wants and needs.
• Communicate proper operation and maintenance of installed equipment to consumers.
• Answer homeowner questions about operation, features, and functions.
• Identify new business opportunities through direct sales activities and support administrative personnel as needed.
• Maintain company vehicle clean and organized inside and out.
• Work in office settings and customers’ homes, including tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of in‑home sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Knowledge of HVAC and Trane products preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to engineer jobs, perform heat‑load calculations, and size equipment correctly.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow‑through.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Pass MVR screening and maintain a good driving record.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.
• Physical strength for walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, crawling, stooping, climbing ladders or stairs, and lifting/carrying up to 10 lb occasionally.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, from climate‑controlled buildings to extreme non‑controlled environments.
