Must be conversant with local and international safety standards and norms.
Practical experience of design, construction, commissioning and maintenance aspects of Oil / Gas installations.
Must have a bachelor's degree in engineering with experience in Oil and Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical industry.
Practical experience with HSE management systems, reporting and audit procedures. Excellent written coordination and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop, update and maintain inhouse procedures.
Must possess two or more HSE certifications (certified courses) in General Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Environmental Management, industrial Hygiene, ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, ICertOSH, ASSE Certificate in Global Safety Management or equivalent courses.
