Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Strong project management and execution skills.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required. Arabic is plus.
Strong knowledge to use of MS office tools, MS Teams, Power BI and SAP Ariba applications.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in coaching or mentoring others.
Bi-Lingual (Arabic and English mandatory) (Need to check with HRBP).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
5+ years of work experience of which minimum 3 years in a Supply Chain Role related to Indirect Categories such as: legal, consulting, marketing, HR, temporary labor or financial services.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
Ability to work as a team in the functional areas, business units and countries of the respective HUB.
