- Hire, train, supervise, motivate, counsel and recognize maintenance staff
- Oversee daily operations, sustainability programs, inventory, ordering, and scheduling within department budget
- Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel and inspect work for quality
- Troubleshoot technical devices such as key‑card systems, internet equipment, and television equipment
- Manage safety programs and key control across the hotel
- Greet and assist guests, building relationships with long‑term and repeat guests to foster loyalty
- Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments

- Prior maintenance and supervisory experience in hotel or property management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to continuously move, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lb; stand and walk all shift; climb four flights of stairs
