PMP/APMP qualification or equivalent project management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
Experience using D365 ERP systems.
Familiarity with vacuum systems and cryogenic equipment is a strong advantage.
Proven experience with trailers, ideally cryogenic or specialised systems.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to think laterally and implement corrective actions.
Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and financial control.
