As a member of Doxel's Construction Client Manager team, you will work directly with the largest and most advanced general contractors and owners, using your construction experience to guide technology adoption in the field. You will build strong relationships—from on‑site users to VPs of Construction responsible for billions in capital expenditure—to maximize customer usage, adoption, and value.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic construction customers, driving impact and success.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on Doxel’s products and promote technology adoption.
- Share best practices and guide customers to improve efficiency and evolve the industry.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders.
- Document feature requests, validate bugs, and escalate technical issues to engineering.
- Gather customer feedback, identify trends, pain points, and areas of friction.
- Create best‑practice guides and FAQs to provide consistent customer support.
- Escalate and triage high‑priority customer situations promptly.
- Foster universal adoption of the Doxel platform across all user levels.
- Conduct site visits, trainings, and discovery sessions with customer field teams.
- Enable customers to leverage Doxel’s dataset to drive efficiencies and informed decision‑making.

- Demonstrate Doxel’s technology impact to VPs and field teams on large commercial projects.
- Possess 5+ years of experience as a project engineer, manager, scheduler, superintendent, or controls professional in commercial construction.
- Understand the processes and procedures followed by general contractors.
- Comfortable using modern technology for managing and communicating with customers.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and eager to continually learn new technologies.
- Adaptable, able to work with minimal oversight and handle ambiguity.
- Willing to travel up to 50 % weekly to job sites to build rapport and drive results.
