Support cross department collaboration among Procurement, Legal, Finance, Capital Development, Information Technology, Agreement Managers, and others in the advancement of CREI-EDD work.
Provides direction on technical processes including reviews processes for calculating, analyzing, and evaluating Small Business and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals and requirements for Agency procurements and contracts in order to meet pertinent federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations.
Develops and maintains records and reports in accordance with FTA regulations.
Manages operations for financial reporting and tracking systems including B2GNow.
Develops inclusion data reports, dashboards, and presentations. Tracks, analyzes, and communicates key equity success metrics and demographic trends generally and within our industry and recommend programs/solutions.

Identifies and proposes DBE and small business outreach and technical assistance strategies and efforts.
The Agency promotes a safe and healthy work environment and provides appropriate safety and equipment training for all personnel as required.

Is responsible for preparation and submittal of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) reports including the semi-annual Uniform Report and Triennial Review.

Supervises, trains, coaches, and motivates Economic Development team members; coordinates and provides technical guidance, training and growth opportunities, and assists in the management of the workflow and prioritization of projects.
