- Operates powered industrial truck, scissor lifts, etc.
- Assembles, installs, and repairs equipment such as springs, guide rails, upper & lower frames, and hydraulic cylinders.
- Follows company and customer safety protocol, PPE usage, and reporting.
- Services and rebuilds slide gates for the tundishes and ladles in the Caster Department.

- Must be able to pass a background check.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year using tools and equipment in a heavy industrial setting.
- Demonstrates use calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, taps, dies, & other basic hand tools.
- 6 months experience welding.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and physical.
- Ability to calculate general figures such as proportions, percentage, area, and volume.
- Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general and technical business procedures.
- OSHA 10 Certification.
- Understanding of job site processes and ability to consistently follow PPE requirements, safety rules, policies, and procedures at customer locations.
