This is your chance to take the reins on one of South Wales’ most critical technical builds—shaping delivery strategy, influencing industry-leading standards, and embedding a high-performance culture on a project of national importance.

• Oversee all MEP and critical systems integration, working closely with design, supply chain, and commissioning teams.
• Champion collaboration, safety, and high standards.
• Manage senior stakeholders, including client representatives, consultants, trade partners, and specialist vendors.
• Ensure compliance with mission-critical standards, QA/QC, H&S, and risk management controls.
• Lead project strategy, execution, and delivery from pre-construction to handover.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing project team.

Requirements

Our client is a top-tier contractor operating at the forefront of MEP mission-critical infrastructure. With significant investment secured, they are seeking a Project Director who can lead with authority, technical depth, and a collaborative mindset.

• Bring a strong MEP background—mechanical, electrical, or both—with experience leading complex M&E-heavy/industrial projects.
• Lead calmly and decisively in high-pressure environments.
• Operate comfortably at Director level, with a track record of delivering 8–9 figure projects.
• Have delivered mission-critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or large-scale industrial projects.
