The Project Manager will provide dedicated leadership to technical teams, ensuring compliance with EPA Lead and Copper Rule requirements while managing projects from proposal development through completion. Responsibilities include overseeing scope, budget, and schedule, coordinating contracts and documentation, leading project financials and monthly reviews, developing health and safety plans, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams to achieve timely, efficient project delivery.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, possess at least three years of engineering experience with two years in project management, and have direct experience with the Lead and Copper Rule. Required credentials include Engineer‑in‑Training certification, with a Professional Engineer license preferred, and strong proficiency in engineering software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and MicroStation, as well as Microsoft Office. Additional strengths include a solid understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, engineering laws, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
