Format and provide daily and weekly WIP/Inventory status reports, as needed.
Assist the Inventory Control Manager with all inventory replenishment reports and inventory interactions with other departments and vendors.
Maintain an accurate inventory count of all products warehoused on daily, weekly, and/or monthly format, as required.
Conduct product line/shelving reorganization and ensure accuracy of bin locations in the warehouse. Train and monitor warehouse personnel to do the same.
Verify, format, and print the return to vendor reports.
Work with the purchasing department to manage the returns to vendor process and assist in the coordination of the return or disposal of obsolete and slow moving products.
Review customer returns and ensure these returns are processed in accordance with company operating procedures.
Sort products by verifying the correct serial number to ensure zero defects.
Apply strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Maintain an accurate inventory count of ready-to-pack and ready-to-return-to-vendor items by performing daily physical counts and automated inventory transactions and adjustments, as necessary.

Ability to and comfort with working at heights of up to 28 ft. using powered equipment.
Ability to work early morning or evening hours regularly.

Continuous lifting and carrying of 1-20 lbs.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Ability to utilize, or learn to use, all necessary industrial equipment.
Valid driver’s license.
Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
Occasional lifting and carrying of 51-100 lbs. with the assistance of a buddy-lift or a mechanical device.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
