Help identify and support improvements to streamline the order process.
Act as a primary point of contact by providing timely and professional responses to G&W Electric reps for all inquiries including redirecting to other internal teams.
Lead compiling agenda and scheduling for onsite customer factory acceptance tests.
Set up, verify, and correct customer names, addresses, and their industry type in CRM and other databases after coordination with AR as needed.
Maintain and improve customer databases as needed.
Lead purchase order corrections by coordinating with internal team members and G&W Electric reps. Once received, update G&W Electric’s CRM and remove related holds.
Coordinate with handing off an order to Power Grid Automation and After Market teams when product on order ships and their teams have to action scheduling field service/commissioning activities.
Provide support to internal teams, including preparing sales documents, updating CRM records, and organizing reports.
Monitor orders in hold statuses and follow up with G&W Electric’s reps for resolution. Report to Supervisor/Manager on a regular basis.
Provide training and support to G&W Electric’s reps and RVPs as needed on quoting tools, CRM, and other systems.
Review orders prior to entry to verify and correct any out of territory rep bookings and commissions with RVP.
Assist with intercompany orders activity as required.
