Throughout the 10‑week summer experience, interns contribute to improving client business processes, internal controls, operational efficiency, and compliance with federal regulations. They assist in creating deliverables, internal and client presentations, and handling day‑to‑day project logistics across functions such as strategy, analytics, accounting, IT, communications, and project management.
The internship is classified as an Intern role with up to 50% travel and no security clearance required. Applications are reviewed after the deadline on February 13, and interview notifications will be sent by February 20.
Interns are expected to be self‑motivated, able to develop solutions individually or within highly skilled teams, and to engage with senior client management to enhance technical competency, business development, and client service skills.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program through Fall 2026, able to work onsite in the New York City metro area, and must not require future U.S. sponsorship (F‑1/J‑1 visa holders are excluded). The role does not require prior experience, though a background in business, economics, health policy, or related fields is preferred.
Compensation is competitive, with an annual salary range of $59,000 to $98,000, and the total rewards package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and various employee development programs.
