The Site Supervisor for Project and Development Services is responsible for maintaining smooth, orderly site operations each day. This includes solving design problems, managing construction works, keeping timesheets and records for reporting, and ensuring projects comply with occupational health and safety legislation, standards, and codes of practice, as well as preparing and implementing the Project Safety Plan.
In this role you will assemble and lead a team of experts, constantly coordinating with key stakeholders, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and conducting negotiations with contractors and vendors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to delegate tasks effectively and motivate all parties involved.
Customer satisfaction is a priority at JLL, so you will represent the client throughout the project’s stages—from construction to completion—while also promoting JLL’s brand and meeting the profit targets set for the project. Building lasting client relationships is central to the company’s 200‑year reputation.
The ideal candidate holds a certification in a building‑related discipline and has extensive site‑supervision experience across sectors such as commercial, hotels, industrial, and retail fit‑out. Leadership competence, a willingness to continuously improve, and superior communication abilities are required to excel in this position.
