Design and build robust, elastic, maintainable SharePoint applications.
Collaborate closely with offshore and onshore development teams.
Lead development using SharePoint, SPFx, JavaScript, ReactJS, CSS, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Produce design documentation and best‑practice guidelines for SharePoint sites.
Develop SPFx components and Power Automate flows for document approvals.
Advise on AI/ML integration and strategies to accelerate product delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years experience architecting SharePoint sites.
Strong expertise in ReactJS, CSS, JavaScript, SPFx, and Power Automate.
Experience building Power BI reports and embedding them in SharePoint.
Proficient with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Azure, and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
Hands‑on experience with REST and SOAP services integration.
Solid understanding of design patterns, coding best practices, and Agile/Scrum.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in fast‑paced environments.
