Join us as an Employee Solutions Manager and shape the future of our people experience. In this role, you’ll lead the design and delivery of organisation-wide programs that make every stage of the employee lifecycle seamless and meaningful.

You’ll transform our HR Service Centre into a modern People Service Hub, driving operational excellence and creating services that are intuitive, impactful, and elevate our employee value proposition. Working closely with teams and leaders, you’ll champion initiatives that bring real, lasting change.

Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing, multidisciplinary team, nurturing future leaders through talent development and succession planning.
Shape strategic direction for employee experience programs and the HR Service Centre, aligning with the People Strategy and organisational priorities.
Oversee daily operations of the HR Service Centre, delivering timely, accurate, employee‑focused support while driving efficiency and resolving escalations.
Champion transformation of the HR Service Centre into a modern People Service Hub to enhance the employee experience.
Leverage data and insights to drive continuous improvement, inform strategic decisions, and optimise the employee lifecycle.
Ensure compliance and mitigate risk by adhering to legislation, policies, and organisational standards.
Build strong partnerships across the business, collaborating with leaders, HRBPs, and cross‑functional teams to co‑create impactful programs.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by integrating DEI principles into programs, services, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will thrive in this role if you have demonstrated HR leadership experience with a strong focus on employee experience, development, or service delivery, and the ability to lead large‑scale people programs and operational teams.
