- Design and build low-code/no-code applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Focus deeply on UI/UX to ensure adoption and usability of solutions
- Rapidly prototype solutions to address operational bottlenecks using Python, SQL, and AI tools where applicable
- Collaborate closely with process engineers and SMEs to understand business context and iterate solutions
- Model, transform, and integrate supply chain data to enable smart automation and decision support

- 15+ years experience building digital solutions in supply chain, operations, IT, or consulting environments
- Deep experience in technical development, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Creative problem solver who adapts quickly and loves shipping fast, high-quality solutions
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to align technical output to business needs
- Experience applying AI in process automation (e.g. GPT prompts, document parsing, chatbots, etc.)
- Enjoys navigating ambiguity and solving messy real-world operational challenges
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, forms development, and Python/SQL
- Strong UI/UX sensibilities
