- Advise and direct junior drafting personnel.
- Perform layout and design of steel and concrete structures from basic data.
- Create complex detailed design drawings in 2D and 3D from sketches or specifications.
- Communicate and collaborate with project engineers and designers to ensure cohesive design.
- Check and analyze 3D models for accuracy, completeness, and interferences.
- Develop working drawings and 3D models to company and industry standards.
- Apply advanced CADD and standard design application techniques.
- Incorporate manufacturer’s documentation into the design process.
- Provide field support, including verifications, as-built documentation, and installation supervision.

- Must have 7 plus years of professional experience in engineering drafting and design.
- Experience with AVEVA (E3D or PDMS) software is preferred.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of civil/structural design practices.

- Associate degree in Drafting/Design/Engineering Technology or equivalent job-related experience (2 years job related experience equivalent to 1 year college).
- Experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Structural packages is essential; AVEVA (E3D or PDMS) software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and interface with other disciplines.
- Knowledge of Navisworks, Bluebeam Revu, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) is a plus.
