Lead structural/bridge design projects from concept development through final design and construction.
Mentor junior engineers; review and check technical work.
Serve as Engineer of Record—reviewing and sealing plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Conduct field visits and participate in on-site and off-site meetings.
Attend professional/industry events to foster relationships and support business development initiatives.
Coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts and ensure technical excellence across all deliverables.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, external consultants, and clients.
Support proposal development, project scoping, and staffing projections.

Strong technical foundation and the ability to lead components of complex projects.
Ability to complete site visits as part of project responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited program required).
Proficiency in MicroStation, AASHTO bridge design code, PennDOT bridge design software, and structural analysis programs.
Experience with PennDOT or the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is a plus.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
4–8 years of experience in transportation-related structural design.
