Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be enrolled in an accredited apprenticeship program, and have completed 6,000‑8,000 apprenticeship hours. Preferred attributes include a solid understanding of electrical systems, strong work ethic, attention to detail, physical stamina, teamwork, effective communication, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
