Act as front-line contact with others in the organization, ensuring key competencies such as full issue resolution and communications, among other things, are being addressed fully and to completion

Assist management in the selection, evaluation, negotiation and management of 3rd party services and vendors
Develop/Refine the technical solutioning processes to ensure a holistic approach that considers all potential solutions across multiple departments and capabilities but derives the optimal solution.
Lead the evaluation, adoption, and governance of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and secure integration across global business functions.
Verify, modify and design architectures of new and existing infrastructures for robustness, cost effective development and business growth
Oversee IT procurement lifecycle with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure strategic sourcing mentality grounded in business efficiency, cost, and capabilities.
Advocate and retain primary ownership of company’s information security vision. Conduct routine communication via written and in person communication with leadership and Audit Committee members on security status, threats, and remedial action.
Oversee security monitoring, systems health check, backup and recovery systems, and disaster recovery (DR) readiness to ensure resilience and compliance.

Extensive experience leading IT delivery teams inclusive of scope, scheduling, budgeting and project planning

Experience with distributed operations. Can understand the complexities and considerations of integrating a successful data driven connected enterprise.
Minimum 10 years related experience comprised of both management experience and hands-on technical experience in most of the following services and technologies:
5+ years of process mapping, selection, implementation and support of technologies that deliver business solutions and enhanced capabilities
Microsoft Technologies (E.g.: AD, Azure, Office 365, Teams)
Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field. A Master’s degree in technology or business is preferred.
