As an Assistant Community Manager at ArborView Circle C Ranch, you will support the management and daily operations of one of our 55+ Active Adult communities. Reporting to the Community Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of building community.
You will support all phases of on‑site operations, including rent collection, invoice payments, budget management, member communications, daily activities and events, and coordination of vendors and maintenance teams. You will develop strong personal relationships with residents, maintain high standards for community upkeep, and use YARDI to monitor apartment availability and member data while working toward financial and operational goals.
In addition, you will manage the community’s social media presence, conduct tours, and nurture prospective members through timely follow‑ups. You will process applications, screenings, leases, and move‑in packages, and execute lease renewal communications to promote high resident satisfaction and retention.
The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years of professional management experience—preferably in lease‑up properties, Active Adult, or hospitality settings. Experience with financial records, budgeting, YARDI or similar software, and Microsoft Office is essential, along with a servant‑leader mindset, strong communication skills, and knowledge of OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, and related regulations.
