

Owns and operates self‑storage facilities offering rental units for personal, business and vehicle storage.
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers' storage needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. They conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and availability, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collection calls as needed.
The position requires the ability to lift and move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50% of the time walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris.
Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based roles. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for traveling between work locations, with mileage reimbursement provided.

The role provides a flexible full‑time schedule, typically between 9:30 am and 6 pm with weekend coverage until 5 pm.
