- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Coordinate new system development and existing system improvements with the business system team acting as bridge between business system and sourcing teams.
- Initiate and lead system development projects to meet new requirements or to improve current process
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate drafting of Business Requirement Documents
- Benchmark existing business systems with best options on the market and suggest new developments
- Coordinate trouble shooting and providing supporting for team
- Work with the steel supply chain transformation teams to understand the business process and identify system needs

- Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects and vendors, in an international and multicultural environment.

- Results orientation and demonstrated ability to think out of the box to drive results
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position at the crossroad between Supply Chain and Business Systems
- Experience with Anaplan or similar supply chain-oriented business system required
- Fluent oral and written communications in English
- Enthusiastic customer focus
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical and/or business major; graduate degree preferred
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working in an international environment
