- Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards
- Provide material take-off and rough drawings when needed
- Weld parts out of mild steel, galvanized metal, stainless steel, and sheet metal, in flat, vertical, and/or overhead positions
- Utilize industry tools and equipment, including powered saws, hydraulic press brake, shears, portable grinders, and hand files
- Interpret drawings and plans to understand project scope and specifications
- Produce templates and other work aids
- Maintain proper equipment; repair when needed
- Use precision measuring tools to inspect grooves and angles

- Certifications in MIG, Hardwire, Flux-Core or Stick - preferred by not mandatory
- Experience welding aluminum and stainless steel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 years of professional welding experience - preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints
