Microsoft Office 365 skills especially Excel, TEAMS and PowerBI.
Experience in ITAM (IT Asset Management) in the processes and procedures
Familiarity with Service Now & Intune.
Experience in tracking hardware assets and maintaining a compliant estate
Familiar with IT Hardware Asset Management.
Excellent collaboration skills with both internal and external partners
2+ years' experience working in an IT Department working with data analytics.
Experience of managing small projects and gathering requirements.
Familiar with Software Licensing
Experience in producing, or contributing to an ELP (Effective Licence Position) report
