The role involves supporting and leading project team members across a wide range of technologies, including power generation, mining, oil and gas, and renewables, to ensure structural drawing deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Collaboration with other design disciplines is required to resolve physical design clashes within the 3D model, and travel to client facilities may be necessary to verify on‑site conditions.
You will be responsible for producing 2D structural drawing deliverables with a focus on quality, consistency, and accountability, ensuring they meet or exceed customer requirements.

The compensation range for this position is $74,750.00 to $115,120.00, with a transparent pay structure and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus, reflecting the firm’s commitment to rewarding performance.
