Tasks

-Adjusts to the Audience - uses terms, examples, and analogies that others will understand. -Time Management: stays focused uses time effectively and prevents irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with work completion. -Understanding of architectural and structural MEP, FP FA drawings. -Takes Accountability - responds quickly, demonstrates persistence to bring issues to closure. Demonstrates strong attention to detail. Drives to achieve value added results. -Experience using Revit to produce engineering 3D models and drawings. -Ability to read and understand engineering mark-up drawings. -Experience using AutoCAD, with a good background in producing engineering CAD drawings. -Drawing layout and presentation skills. -Listening: effectively listens, correctly interprets messages. Asks questions if further clarification is needed. -Works Safely: demonstrates understanding / adherence to the firms’ policies & procedures regarding safety, health, and the environment. Raises safety concerns and issues to the attention of leadership. -Openly discloses shares information, motives, and intentions with others. Represents information accurately, completely and with integrity. -Flexible and Adaptable: maintains a positive attitude, demonstrate willingness to try new ways of doing things. Supports vision and direction of the Firm. -Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify cross-discipline coordination issues. -Software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360). -Clearly Communicates: clarifies purpose and importance, stresses major points, follows a logical sequence. Communicates with enthusiasm and impact. -Thinks expansively: views situations from multiple perspectives, brainstorms approaches and solutions. Thinks about potential impact outside of one’s own area. -University Degree, Diploma or Higher Education Qualification in Architecture or Engineering -Knowledge of view templates, systems, filters and worksets. -Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. -Involves Others - demonstrates openness to others’ ideas, fully involves others in team decisions and actions; values and uses individual difference and talents. -Fundamentals of Low Voltage systems (Security, Telecome, AV).
