What you would be doing

Support the Outreach and Engagement Manager in projects and tasks that support OFWAT and business goals. Work with existing partners and organisations such as DWP, Citizens Advice and Money Advice organisations across North West.
Maintain, administrate and promote the use of North West Hardship Hub.
Responsible for promoting United Utilities affordability schemes with customers through a range of methods including attending community events; providing drop-in water affordability advice and train the trainer sessions.
A chance join a creative and supportive team helping improve water affordability for customers across the Region.
Support the wider team to reach affordability and outreach targets, including support for the compliance team.
Working to generate new ways to engage with customers across the North West.
Create and maintain ways to track success and outcomes of Outreach and Engagement effectively.
