The role is responsible for driving safe, high‑quality, and compliant delivery, applying strong knowledge of local HSE requirements, and promoting well‑being and inclusion. It provides strategic direction across key assignments, supports senior leadership in due diligence, business development, and long‑term strategy, and fosters collaboration, knowledge‑sharing, and strong stakeholder relationships. Detailed 4D planning outputs reflecting project, logistics, and site constraints are developed, progress is monitored through productivity reviews and visual reporting, and team activities are coordinated with clear communication to clients and stakeholders. The role also delivers project requirements while collaborating to reduce carbon impacts and support net‑zero objectives.

Candidates must have extensive 4D planning expertise integrating BIM, schedules, and site progress for complex projects, and proven experience across infrastructure, residential, or hospitality programmes with strong commercial and stakeholder capability. Knowledge of sustainability, carbon impacts, sequencing, logistics, and RIBA stages is required, along with a relevant built‑environment degree and professional membership or progression toward chartership. Experience with Synchro (or similar), P6, Navisworks, and preferably ACC is essential, as is extensive industry experience, preferably on mega‑projects. Candidates must meet visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience on high‑valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy.

It also leads 4D planning activities for a complex project portfolio, driving clarity, coordination, and high‑quality execution.
