We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to delivery. You’ll oversee multiple related projects, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive measurable outcomes.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Modern state of the art facility with Industry 4.0 technology in Mesa, Arizona
Experience in leading programs in manufacturing environment and experience with enterprise applications such as CRM, PLM, ERP, MES would be a plus
Proven track record delivering programs on time, within budget, and meeting business objectives.
Proven track record with Agile Delivery of Software Programs
8+ years in project/program management with large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, Agile certifications preferred.
Experience working with Jira would be nice to have
