Lead the review, negotiation, and drafting of major contracts, applying your law degree to identify legal and commercial risks and proposing solutions.

Demonstrated strengths in accurate risk identification and confident in the interpretation of complex agreements

Minimum 7 years' experience in legal, commercial, or contracts roles
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Strong commercial acumen, exceptional understanding of key project risks, and meticulous attention to detail
Proficient in risk management tools, ERP systems, financial platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated expertise in contract review, drafting, and negotiation for major projects and high-value contracts within construction, infrastructure, or heavy industry sectors
Tertiary qualification in Law with practising experience (current or past), ideally complemented by studies or experience in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
