Leasing Consultant

Description

• Tour prospective residents, process lease applications, and prepare lease agreements.
• Plan and host resident events and community functions.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Conduct campaign research, generate reports, and support resident retention efforts.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio according to property expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service or sales experience.

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver’s license and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Meet the minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent; tax‑credit experience preferred.
