- Responds to emergency site maintenance as required or requested.
- Provides reports measuring company quality control activity as required by the contract.
- Inspects completed and in-progress work to ensure appropriate standards are met for the functional areas of contract performance.
- Conducts inspections of contract functions to ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Focuses on maintaining a quality-compliant workplace.
- Identifies and works compliance issues as they apply to the functional operation of this contract.
- Inspects work for discrepancies following the QA/QC plan and contract requirements.
- Interfaces with government officials to address concerns and mediate resolutions to problems.
- Performs audits and inspections of internal processes and controls, evaluating the effectiveness of programs.
- Assists in the preparation and presentation of weekly/monthly Progress Reports.
- Ensures timely submission of required reports to the customer.
- Keeps Quality Manager apprised of any unique situations and problems encountered.
- Plans, organizes, and provides QC inspections for all assigned utilities/facilities/areas.
- Completes necessary inspection reports and documentation required to support findings.
- Assists in monitoring the performance of subcontractors concerning QA/QC.
- Audits processes to ensure they comply with standards and customer requirements consistent with established procedures.
- Maintains effective working relationships in cooperation with the Jacobs/GCR WSBOS management team to meet the mission objectives of the contract.
- Assists in reviewing site work to verify compliance with applicable plans, procedures, guides, and regulations
- Plans and organizes work to meet schedules and timelines in an environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Originates necessary documents, forms, reports, etc., and queries various computer work systems to extract information concerning projects, materials, or services.

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Submit to and successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Presents a professional, positive, and helpful attitude at all times when interacting with customers, co-workers, and supervision.
- Broad knowledge of quality control concepts and procedures.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Be able to collect, collate, analyze, and compare actual work performance data with the contract requirements.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum three years of experience in enforcing QMS programs on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
