The Maintenance Technician works Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., earning $22‑$24 per hour. Reporting to the Director of Environmental Services, the role involves maintaining the interior and exterior of the community grounds, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all facilities.
Key duties include cleaning and repairing floors, bathrooms, walls, stairways, elevators, and common areas; completing work orders such as light‑bulb replacement, furniture repair, HVAC filter maintenance, and general building upkeep; troubleshooting minor plumbing and electrical problems; performing painting, landscaping, and pool/spa maintenance; and preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
Candidates must be at least 18, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 75 lb with assistance. Required skills include basic mechanical troubleshooting, safe operation of tools, English proficiency, and the ability to follow oral and written directions.
