The Electrical Engineer role involves designing critical building systems that power spaces where people live, work, learn, and heal. The position is part of a multidisciplinary team that values innovation, continuous learning, and real‑world impact, and includes responsibilities from design through construction administration.
- Design electrical distribution, standby/emergency power, lighting, controls, and perform photometric analysis.
- Design fire alarm, life safety, security, and communications systems.
- Develop energy conservation and code compliance strategies.
- Prepare one‑line diagrams, load calculations, panel schedules, conductor sizing, and voltage drop calculations.
- Coordinate designs with other engineering disciplines and architects.
- Document projects through meeting minutes, progress reports, submittal reviews, RFIs, and punch lists.
- Support project management and construction administration phases.
- Apply NEC, ANSI/TIA, BICSI, and other applicable codes and standards.

- BS in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of building system design experience preferred.
- Experience with AGI lighting photometrics.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

- Excellent interpersonal, time‑management, and self‑motivation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
