Ideal candidates have 3‑7 years of experience managing general contractors and subcontractors in construction or renovations, strong management and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A background in project management of capital‑improvement projects, OSHA 30‑hour certification, and a bachelor’s degree or trade certification are preferred but not required.
