The role provides executive support to the leadership team, overseeing calendar management, meeting coordination and complex travel arrangements. It also includes comprehensive office administration such as vendor management, facilities upkeep, equipment procurement and space planning, as well as handling FRRO compliance, visa processes and travel‑expense management. Additionally, the position delivers expat support services in India, covering housing, relocation, banking, utilities and cultural orientation.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3–5 years of administrative or executive‑assistant experience are required. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in the MS Office suite, and familiarity with travel coordination and visa procedures. Key competencies include meticulous attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, cultural sensitivity, discretion with confidential information and a proactive, independent work style.
