Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Administrator-level skills in Autodesk Docs/Build and strong SharePoint administration experience.
• Significant relevant experience (10 years plus preferred) in energy / oil & gas / engineering (admin-level EDMS exposure).
• Passion for delivering Information Management excellence.
• High level of English proficiency; meticulous attention to detail; strong organisation and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to develop current and new skills and to innovate with new ideas.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 19650, [BS 1192] and ISO 9001; comfortable supporting audits and enforcing standards.
• Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Problem solving skills.
• Power BI and Microsoft Visio; Uniclass and Digital Twin exposure; experience with multiple EDMS platforms.
• Fast task processing ability.
• Significant relevant experience (5 years plus preferred) of BIM and ISO 19650, including authorship of BEP and Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) (client inputs)
• Strong interpersonal skills.
