Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations
Update and manage the recruitment tracker
Primary point of contact for raising Purchase orders via Coins for candidate placements
Coordinate career fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment initiatives
Support recruiters with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and reference checks as needed
Liaise with agencies to resolve invoicing and credit note discrepancies
Prepare and submit offer request form via DocuSign for offer approvals
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Manage Recruitment inbox
Extend verbal and written offer to candidates
