- Oversee procurement, contract negotiated settlements, claims management, and dispute resolution

SYSTRA is seeking an exceptional Senior Commercial Manager with a passion for delivering rail projects through truly integrated client partnerships with a key client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Extensive track record on major Middle East rail programmes essential; experience working in integrated PMC teams highly valued
- Minimum 20 years' senior-level experience in commercial management for large-scale rail or infrastructure projects
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline; MRICS or equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international standards
- Superior skills in negotiation, client interface, leadership, and communication
