The role is centered on delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. It also supports the execution of shopping‑mall promotions and redemption programmes, and addresses shopper enquiries at the malls.
The Customer Service Supervisor manages and supervises a team of Customer Service Officers, plans manpower for the counter, and creates on‑the‑job training schedules while coaching new staff. They champion designated A&P promotions, ensure redemption processes and gift‑card sales follow SOPs, and handle tenant and shopper feedback with prompt service recovery. Additionally, they maintain a clean and organized service area, provide administrative support to the Management Office, and perform other tasks as assigned.
Ideal candidates possess a customer‑centric personality, positive attitude, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience supervising customer service in a retail mall is highly preferred, and the role requires ability to work a six‑day week, including retail hours, shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
