The Assistant Manager – General Accounting (Client Finance) position in JLL Business Services, Gurugram, focuses on detailed forecast analysis, budget versus actual spending, and forecast versus actual spending for a large real‑estate portfolio. The role includes annual budget planning, day‑to‑day reporting, and forecasting for the assigned portfolio, as well as monthly and quarterly report analysis.
You will support leaders by researching budget corrections, delivering regular and ad‑hoc reports, and creating documents, graphs, charts, and presentations. The role also involves developing efficient reporting strategies, automating processes while preserving data integrity, and maintaining knowledge of Master Services Agreements and client billing activities.
Additional responsibilities include calculating management and incentive fees, organizing team data collection and communications, developing best‑practice documentation, analyzing performance data for trends, and supporting cost‑saving and process‑improvement initiatives while handling confidential information discreetly.
Performance objectives include working within established procedures, mentoring the team on operational concerns, identifying problems, making sound decisions, supporting the reporting manager, and committing to client service in a fast‑paced, diverse, collaborative environment.

Candidates should have a strong FP&A background, be a commerce graduate (CA preferred), and possess 7‑10 years of operational/general‑ledger accounting and finance experience; real‑estate accounting experience is a plus. Required skills include analytical attention to detail, logical thinking, impactful written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in MS Office; ERP JD1 experience is advantageous.
