Senior Transportation Manager

Description

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of innovative roadway and transportation infrastructure projects across Tennessee as a Senior Transportation Project Manager. This role provides the opportunity to shape project direction in areas such as roadway design, structures, traffic engineering, and intelligent transportation systems.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project managers.
• Conduct site reviews and inspections of transportation facilities, verifying design intent, construction quality, and adherence to project requirements.
• Develop and review roadway geometry, plans, and design documents to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, supporting high‑quality, constructible solutions.
• Lead and deliver roadway and transportation infrastructure design tasks as a Senior Transportation Project Manager.
• Contribute to Business Development for the firm.
• Serve as a technical contributor and task lead for state and local transportation agencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience.
• Licensed PE.
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
